Al Rajhi Bank selects ServiceNow, Ejada Systems for digital enhancement

ServiceNow, the global AI platform for business transformation, has secured a significant multi-year agreement with Al Rajhi Bank, one of the world's largest financial institutions, and its consulting and implementation partner, ejada Systems. The deal will see the bank utilise the ServiceNow AI Platform to overhaul its entire operations, automating key workflows and dramatically improving both customer and employee experiences across diverse areas, including HR, IT, and Financial Services.

This initiative is being touted as one of the largest digital transformation projects in the region, further solidifying ServiceNow's presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is designed to furnish Al Rajhi Bank with a single, unified, and intelligent platform, driving operational efficiency and service delivery, which is vital for underpinning its ambitious long-term growth objectives amid what is described as the "AI revolution."

ejada Systems will collaborate closely with ServiceNow to deploy and manage the AI Platform across the breadth of Al Rajhi Bank's operations.

A New Benchmark for Digital Banking
