Vantage has launched operations across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia with a digitally streamlined model for corporate services, accounting and compliance, as businesses across the Gulf look for faster and more integrated ways to manage market entry and ongoing regulatory requirements.

The firm combines senior-led advisory with technology-driven workflows designed to simplify processes that can often involve multiple providers, government touchpoints and compliance obligations.

Its model includes digital onboarding, secure verification and traceable workflows, giving clients greater visibility over requirements, timelines and progress. Vantage says the approach is intended to reduce administrative friction while retaining the personal advisory relationships that remain central to doing business in the region.

The launch comes as companies continue to expand across the Gulf, creating greater demand for support around company formation, tax, payroll, immigration, regulatory filings and entity management.

In the UAE, Vantage provides support across mainland and free zone incorporation, corporate structuring, compliance, accounting, tax, payroll and workforce services. In Saudi Arabia, its services include market entry, licensing, Regional Headquarters establishment, entity structuring, payroll, compliance and Iqama support.

The company has also expanded into Singapore, creating a broader network for businesses with cross-border requirements spanning the Middle East and Asia.

What differentiates the model is the attempt to bring these functions into a single operating layer rather than treating each service as a separate transaction. Vantage combines corporate services with accounting, tax compliance, e-invoicing, immigration support, residency services, bank-account-opening assistance and regulatory administration through one point of contact.

Intelligent automation sits behind parts of the process, particularly onboarding, verification and workflow management. For businesses operating across several jurisdictions, that can help create a more consistent view of what has been completed, what remains outstanding and where action is required.

“Businesses today require more than technical expertise - they need a trusted partner that can simplify complexity, respond quickly and provide confidence at every stage of their journey,” said Paul Arnold, Managing Partner at Vantage. “We have combined senior-led expertise with intelligent, technology-driven workflows to deliver faster, more transparent outcomes whilst maintaining the personalised service our clients value.”

The broader shift reflects how professional services are changing across the Gulf. As regulatory environments become more sophisticated and cross-border operations more common, companies are increasingly expecting the same level of visibility and responsiveness from corporate service providers that they receive from other digital platforms.

Vantage is targeting corporates, SMEs, multinationals, investors, family offices, entrepreneurs and professional advisors seeking integrated support across the business lifecycle.

Its launch also highlights a wider transformation underway in the region’s business-services market. Technology is no longer replacing advisory relationships, but increasingly sitting underneath them, handling repetitive processes, improving transparency and giving advisors more room to focus on decisions that require context and judgement.
