Binance has announced its participation in the UAE’s national civic initiative, “One Nation. One People. Together, We Protect What We Love.” in partnership with the Design Commission Abu Dhabi (DCAD), marking its involvement in a broader effort to promote social cohesion and community engagement.

The initiative brings together organisations from government, business, education and the wider community to encourage collaboration and shared responsibility. Framed as part of the UAE’s Year of Family, it aims to strengthen connections between citizens and residents while reinforcing values such as unity, cooperation and collective participation.

Binance is among a group of institutions contributing to the initiative and is currently the only global cryptocurrency exchange involved. Its participation includes engagement with DCAD’s residency programme focused on textile design and innovation, supporting efforts to advance design-led innovation, cultural production and the development of creative industries.

The announcement also reflects Binance’s ongoing presence in the UAE, a key market for the company. The exchange previously secured a licence under the Abu Dhabi Global Market framework and has continued to invest in partnerships and local ecosystem development as part of its regional strategy.
