The October 6-7 event will put Abu Dhabi’s government AI program alongside sovereign models, computing infrastructure, robotics and enterprise applications as the UAE capital expands its role in the region’s AI industry.

Abu Dhabi will bring government, technology companies, investors and researchers together at ADNEC Centre on October 6 and 7 for the first Ai Everything Abu Dhabi. Participants from more than 60 countries are expected, including more than 400 AI infrastructure builders, model makers, startups and unicorns and more than 200 investors representing US$91 billion in assets under management. More than 180 speakers are scheduled across the summit and its sector-focused programs. 

Organized by inD and hosted by the Department of Government Enablement, Abu Dhabi (DGE), the event will focus on some of the practical issues emerging as AI moves deeper into government and business, including sovereign AI, computing infrastructure, agentic systems, autonomous technologies and the governance of increasingly capable AI systems. Applications across public services, banking, healthcare, energy and education will also feature in the program. 

Government adoption is a central part of the event. DGE is working toward its stated goal of making Abu Dhabi the world's first AI-native government by 2027. The department says it is integrating more than 40 government entities into a single AI-driven ecosystem, with more than 100 AI use cases already live across the emirate's public services. A US$3.54 billion investment program supports the wider effort.

We have built the blueprint, and Ai Everything Abu Dhabi is our invitation to the world to examine it, to see what intelligent governance looks like at scale, and the enormous benefits it delivers to people's lives today,” said H.E. The government program also connects to Abu Dhabi's broader technology and research infrastructure. The Advanced Technology Research Council and its applied research arm, the Technology Innovation Institute, are participating alongside institutions involved in investment, cybersecurity, financial services, education and public services. This gives the event a focus beyond individual AI products, with government systems and research forming part of the same discussion as the commercial infrastructure needed to deploy them. 

That infrastructure focus is reflected in the participation of Solutions+, a Mubadala company and the event's Global Partner, and G42. Solutions+ is focused on applying AI and digital technology within business operations, while G42 will present its Intelligence Grid approach, which connects computing, platforms, agents and governance. International technology companies across cloud, computing, enterprise software and AI infrastructure will also participate, bringing attention to the systems required to run AI at scale. 

Abu Dhabi’s Research Effort Meets Frontier AI 

The Technology Innovation Institute will present 23 demonstrations from nine research centers, covering areas including energy, materials, marine and maritime infrastructure, aerospace and autonomous systems. Among them is GeoAI, a machine learning model of subsurface geology in the northern UAE designed to support mineral exploration. 

The institute will also showcase its Falcon family of large language models, including Falcon-H1 Arabic. The model was trained on high-quality Arabic data using a purpose-built architecture and leads the Open Arabic LLM Leaderboard, according to the event material. Its inclusion adds a regional dimension to the broader discussions around AI models and infrastructure. 

The international side of that conversation includes Mistral AI, which is participating in the event for the first time. Co-Founder and CEO Arthur Mensch is among the summit's headline speakers, alongside Marc Raibert, Founder of Boston Dynamics. Their participation brings language models and robotics into the same program as discussions about industrial AI and autonomous systems.

The range of applications extends beyond language models and robotics. ElevenLabs, which develops voice and audio models, will demonstrate ElevenAgents, its conversational AI platform, alongside ElevenCreative, which combines audio with image and video generation. The company says it serves enterprises and governments across 80 countries, adding a commercial application layer to a program otherwise focused on infrastructure, research and public-sector deployment. 

Those themes continue through the summit and its sector-focused conferences, which will address trusted deployment, autonomous systems, agentic AI at scale, computing power, infrastructure and control. Workshops and certified training will cover multi-agent workflows, rapid prototyping, model development and emerging AI tools.
